About the Work:

Tim does the work…. and is personally working on every project in every phase. He is a working carpenter/owner. There are no removed subs that do second hand work…. Benchmade and on-site constructed quality and integrity.

About the Owner:

Coastal NRM Builder was launched in Southern Delaware in 1999 when Tim graduated with a bachelor’s in agriculture degree from the University of Delaware. He continued in specializing with environmental education and construction techniques. As a kid, he began working in an architectural mill at 11 years old by catching wood off the saws; then learning millwork; then installations throughout his teens. His intense love for outdoor activities was evident in his drive to ski and explore New England, Colorado, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. He lifeguarded and taught CPR/lifesaving continuously for 22 years at the Delaware beaches, and Chesapeake Bay while at Calvert Hall College High School. This was the foundation of an appreciation of fine craftsmanship and for working with high quality wood and natural materials. Tim’s intense work ethic has grown Coastal NRM Builder into a highly respected contracting company serving clients throughout the Northern Baltimore, eastern shore and beach regions. He has (4) children all with this same intensity. Tim offers more than 27 years of experience in carpentry, construction, management, and customer service. He personally works and manages every single project to ensure exact standards, attention to detail, and the highest quality. He is an active weekly church going Knights of Columbus member and believes in a Greater Life Purpose……
